Established in 2021, Bushed delivers practical, on-the-ground support across education, peri- and post-natal family care and disaster assistance. Each year, we support up to 3,000 children engaged in distance education, welcome 7,000 new children born into isolated families, and provide peer-to-peer support through Mental Health First Aid-qualified volunteers. When disaster strikes through floods, fires, droughts, or extreme weather, we respond with direct financial assistance, volunteer coordination, and essential recovery supplies to help families stabilise, rebuild, and remain on the land.
