I have a daughter in year 9 that struggles with all subjects in school. We require the services of a tutor with experience teaching secondary school students. Mum would love to make sure that reading and spelling are up to scratch, and her favourite subjects are art and food studies. We are studying through Cairns Distance Ed.
We are based in North Queensland in the Cooktown region. Our property is 340km from Mareeba, with 90km of dirt road. The dirt is suitable for a four wheel drive vehicle. We require our tutor to have their own caravan/camper etc.
There is WiFi available for use, and toilet/shower and laundry facilities available also. We would be happy to provide groceries or any food scenario to suit the tutor.
Cooktown is only a weekend trip away and there is plentiful birdlife for the avid bird watcher. Sunsets are brilliant and the weather is beautiful during the winter months.
