Support required Term 3 2026
We are a family of 6 living 100km West of Charters Towers. We are hoping to encourage a retired teacher or teachers aide to come and help in our classroom for 6-8 weeks. The role would support Grades 2, 4 and 6 with their everyday schooling through Charters Towers Distance Ed. This opportunity is open to singles, a couple or even 2 couples who are travelling together and would like to be part of life on a station. There is the opportunity for partners to help out around the place if they would like to.
We live in a very unique part of QLD with lots of creeks, wetlands and Basalt. There are lots of beautiful spots along the Great Basalt Wall to explore. We have a horse stud, plenty of deer and opportunities to go swimming, kayaking, bird watching or fishing.
