Working with Children

Across Australia, state governments have different requirements for volunteers to work with children.

Before you will be accepted for a volunteer opportunity with BushEd and one of our families you will be required to supply the relevant state based certificates / and or Police Checks.

IMPORTANT – Applications can take up to 3 Months, Apply Early

Queensland – Blue Card – Police Check will be sufficient – Click Here to Apply for Police Check
New South Wales – Applications can take up to 5 weeks
Victoria – Working with Children Check – Applications can take 3 – 12 weeks
South Australia – Working With Children Check
Western Australia – Forms available from Post Offices only, Check here for a WWC Application Form
Tasmania – Applications can take up to 6 weeks
